Our Story

Smudgepot Brewing Company is an idea that’s been brewing since 2015 when a wine tasting trip ended with a homebrew kit being delivered the next week. This silly hobby turned into a passion for our head brewer, Ron. At first, it was only Ron’s friends and family who were fortunate enough to enjoy whatever brew he was experimenting with out of his garage. Then, in 2024, three couples decided that Ron’s beer was simply too good to be stuck in his garage - so they teamed together and opened Smudgepot to share Ron’s passion (and talents) with all of you.

We are proud to be a true craft brewery dedicated to bringing you some of the most delicious beer and hard seltzer you’ll find anywhere.
